1972 Honda CB450 K5 Cafe Racer

Words - High Snobiety

Vagabund Moto, a duo consisting of designer Paul Brauchart and mechanical engineer Philipp Rabl, showcase their latest work in this custom 1972 Honda CB450 K5 Cafe Racer. A build focused on clean lines and minimalism, everything deemed unnecessary from the bike was removed by stripping the bike bare. The bike was then fitted with a wheel hugger-style number plate mount that doubles as a fender, and tiny LED indicators and brake light, in order to clean up the tail end.

Other stylish details include brown leather grips with bar end indicators, a small dial, and internal wiring which adds to the project’s minimal finish. Vintage touches like a Brooks tools bag and a industrially-inspired paint scheme tie everything together.
